TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Prezzy Card promotion
Promotion
Entry into and participation in the Streetwise Cash for Coffee Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which includes any information on how to enter and prizes.
Who can enter?
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand, subject to these Terms and Conditions. You are not eligible to enter if you are an employee of the Promoter or its related corporations or agencies, or a member of an employee’s immediate family.
Under 18?
If you are under 18 years old at the time of entering, you must obtain the prior permission and consent of your legal parent or guardian. Any Prize will be awarded to the successful entrant’s nominated parent or guardian.
Multiple Entries
You may enter the Promotion multiple times, provided you follow the ‘How to enter?’ rules. You are not permitted to use any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows you to automatically enter or enter repeatedly. Any such entries will render all entries submitted by that person invalid. You are responsible for any associated costs of entry, including internet access and phone calls.
Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:01am NZT on Wednesday 17th August 2022 and will close at 11:59pm NZT on Wed 31 August 2022.
How to enter?
To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win, you must, during the Promotion Period:
Purchase any Barista made drink from any Streetwise Coffee Cart during the Promotion Period);
Retain your receipt and;
Visit www.streetwisecoffee.co.nz/win and follow the prompts to access the online entry form for this offer, input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form so that it is received during the Promotion Period.
Prize(s)
The Prizes are One (1) x One Thousand Dollar ($1000) Prezzy Card, Two (2) x Three Hundred Dollar ($300) Prezzy Cards, Three (3) x One Hundred Dollar ($100) Prezzy Cards per Coffee Cart, total twenty four (24) carts. The total prize pool is valued at Forty five thousand six hundred dollars $45,600 (including tax). There will be 144 prizes in total. Prize(s) are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
Prize Draw
The Prize draw will be held at 9:00am NZT on Thursday 1st September 2022 The winner(s) will be the first valid entry randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
Notification to winner(s)
Winner(s) will be notified by email/phone using the email address/phone number provided by the Eligible Entrant.
Accepting the prize
Following the notification to winner(s), winner(s) will need to visit their Streetwise Coffee cart from which they won their prize, with photo identification. This will allow the Franchisee to supply the prize in person. If a winner does not accept the Prize within 12 days of being notified, the Prize will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to award any forfeited prize to another eligible entrant. If a winner of a Prize is under the age of 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.
Your entry
You promise and warrant that all the details submitted with your entry are true and correct.
Receipt of entries
Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter.
Promoter’s rights:
The Promoter reserves the right to: provide an alternative prize of equal monetary value in the event that a prize or any part of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control; disallow entries in its absolute discretion; verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion; to terminate this Promotion or amend any aspect of this Promotion (including the prize) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this Promotion or any aspect of this Promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned; and enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Exclusion
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotion or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
As a condition of participating in a promotion, the winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the Promotion and/or participation in a prize, howsoever caused.
Publicity
By entering the draw or accepting a prize you consent to the use of your name, likeness, image or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purposes of the Promotion and promoting any products manufactured, supplied or distributed by the Promoter.
Privacy
The information collected about entrants in the course of the Promotion has been requested to enable the Promoter to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including publicity), and for promotional purposes. The promoter is Streetwise Coffee Limited, 31 Riverbank Road, Otaki, New Zealand. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
